Crescere offers 4 different assessment and coaching programs to meet your individual and organizational needs to drive results.
-

Assessments are a deep and structured review of a leader’s performance, capabilities, and personality characteristics to drive increased self-awareness of strengths and growth areas.
Each assessment is customized (from a repository of over 50 questions) to the client’s needs and goals identified during the intake. Questions probe into key areas such as leadership style, operating focus, strategic thinking capabilities, the ability to drive performance, behaviors under stress, communication and executive presence across stakeholders (up, down, and across), and managing conflict.

This program increases leadership capabilities, creates stronger peer relationships, and drives greater cross-functional collaboration for more integrated organizational performance. Common areas of focus are similar to Individual Coaching. The latest leadership insights are integrated into sessions dependent on group needs.
Understanding the Phases of Coaching for All Programs
Every program is customized to the client, but each includes 4 critical phases:
-
This phase is critical to understand and learn the individual, team, or group’s goals and current state starting place for coaching. Here we help to diagnose the underlying root causes of issues. Insights are garnered from both reflection and feedback gathered from different stakeholders.
-
In this phase, the individual, team, or group is supported in creating a personalized Development Plan(s). This includes identifying clear goals, measurable outcomes, detailed action steps, and target timelines.
-
Regular coaching sessions focus on the individual, team, or group’s progress toward their goals and support any pressing issues that emerge.
-
At the end of each program, we assess the individual, team, or group’s progress toward their goals. This is based on individual reflection and input from key stakeholders. There is also a final evaluation of the effectiveness of the coaching program.
